Terms of Service for Scholar Labs - AI Study

Welcome to Scholar Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our mobile application and related services (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
- Scholar Labs - AI Study is an educational tool designed to help users learn and solve academic problems.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. User Content
- You may submit questions, images, and other content to the App.
- You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the App.
- You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
- The App offers free and paid packages, including subscriptions and add-ons.
- All purchases are final and managed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
- Unused image and text questions roll over and stack with upgrades. You always retain what you pay for.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your app store account.
- iOS Users: Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of this purchase. Cancellation must be done through your Apple ID settings. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Android Users: Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account. Cancellation must be done through your Google Play settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4. AI Answers and Disclaimers
Disclaimer: Scholar Labs - AI Study uses advanced, specifically trained AI to answer academic questions. The App may make mistakes. All answers should be independently verified. Do not rely solely on the App for academic assignments, exams, or important decisions. Scholar AI Pro is not responsible for errors, omissions, or academic outcomes. The App is not intended for generating full essays, reports, or lengthy documents.
5. Account Termination
- You may delete your account at any time, which will permanently remove your data.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
6. Intellectual Property
- The App and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Scholar Labs and protected by copyright and other laws.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- To the extent permitted by law, Scholar Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to errors in answers, lost data, or academic outcomes.
8. App Store Terms
- Apple App Store: These Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. In case of conflict, Apple's terms take precedence.
- Google Play Store: These Terms supplement Google Play's Terms of Service. In case of conflict, Google's terms take precedence.
- You acknowledge that Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or its content.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.
- Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
